I grew up in rural Ohio knowing I was capable of something I couldn't yet see clearly. Achievement came easily. Belonging did not.
That drive carried me into high growth environments where I gravitated toward complexity. Fifteen years building and scaling revenue organizations for startups and enterprises. I was never interested in maintaining what existed. I wanted the inflection points. Distressed markets. Structural gaps. The moments where the strategy no longer matched the vision. Across sales, operations, and leadership, I was the person brought in when something wasn't working and nobody could say why.
I made those companies hundreds of millions of dollars. Not because I ran a better process. Because I could read a room, a person, and a deal before the data caught up.
I'm intuitive and empathic. Not something I developed, something I've had since I was a kid, before I knew what to call it. I feel what someone is carrying before they've finished the sentence and I can see what's actually driving a decision while everyone else is still looking at the reasons given.
